There are 3 ways to place an order: 

1) Place an order through the Shop Page 

2) Complete the “request a quote” form on the Quote Page

3) Complete the Design Order Form

Once you have completed any of the options above, a member of our team will provide you with an estimated quote within 24hours. If you decide to proceed we will schedule you in for a balloon color consultation.

A 50% deposit is required to book your event. The remaining 50% is due three days prior to your event.

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. Our balloons are of the highest quality available. The latex balloons are coated with a treatment that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

Please note DesignedbyJessy offers three types of color palettes:

1) Regular Palette
2) Premium Palette
3) Double Stuffed Palette

Regular Palette: These balloon colors are bought straight from the store and the balloon color is not adjusted. There is no additional charge if you choose a balloon color from the regular palette. 

Premium Palette: These balloon colors are bought straight from the store and the balloon color is not adjusted. However, these balloons are more expensive to buy because of the chrome/Marble finish. There is an additional $15 charge if you choose a balloon color from the premium palette.

Double Stuffed Palette: These balloon colors are adjusted using a technique called double stuffing, where 1 balloon is placed inside another balloon to create the color you desire. This is usually performed when a client is looking for a more pastel or a deep/rich look. There is an additional $35 charge for the double stuffing technique due to the cost of the additional balloons and the time it takes to double stuff these balloons.

Yes, there is an additional charge of $50 for outdoor setups.

Yes, travel costs range between $25 – $150 and depends on the location of the event. 

Note: If there is no electricity on site, the balloons will need to be pre-blown. Accordingly, we will need to rent a U-Haul in order to transport your pre-blown balloons and in such cases the transportation cost will be the cost of the U-Haul. Please consider this note when you are hosting an event at a outdoor park.
